HR Officer-Recruitment

Requirement
  • S1/S2 Psychology or related field
  • Experiences on recruitment 0-3 years
  • Experience in biro/ psychology consultant would be an advantage
  • Know about psychological test tools would be an advantage
  • Willing to mobile; campus recruitment, jobfair, road show
Purchasing Officer

Requirement
  • S1 or S2 in any fields.
  • Age not more than 35 years old
  • At least 2 year experience in Purchasing , Tax , Procurement would be an advantage.

Raw Material Procurement Supervisor

Requirement
  • S1 Degree from Engineering, Economy
  • 3 Years working experience as purchaser/buyer preferably in construction business

Requirement

  • Strong analytical thinking

Assistant Manager - Administration Department

Requirement
  • Accomplishes accounting human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

Maintenance Section Manager

Requirement
  • Must posses strong mechanical background and troubleshooting skills along with trough knowledge of mobile / fixed plant, truck fleet, and heavy equipment
  • Preferably have a good understanding of Batching Plants and Mobile Equipment
  • Must posses basic theories of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  • Must understand theory and applied mechanical application of heavy equipment
  • Have a capability to replace and overhaul truck and heavy equipment (wheel loader, excavator, generator set)
  • Confers with management and other department heads to plan preventive maintenance programs and to schedule inspections and major overhauls in coordination with other operating activities.
  • Reviews inspection and repair reports and observes progress of work on major overhauls to evaluate efficiency and work quality
  • Have an ability to supervise and train the subordinates
