Astra Credit Companies - ACC is brief car finance companies and heavy equipment in Indonesia . ACC was established to support the Astra's automotive business group . PT Astra Federal International Finance , which is the forerunner of the ACC stands on July 15, 1982 , under the name of PT Federal International Rahardja .
In 1990 , PT Federal International Rahardja renamed PT Astra Federal International Finance . Since 1994 , the ACC developed the brand Astra Credit Companies to support his efforts . During its development , PT Astra Federal International Finance has investments in associate companies , namely PT Federal International Finance Pratama , PT Federal International Finance Swadharma Bhakti , PT Staco Estika Federal International Finance and PT Astra Auto Finance .
ACC is fully committed to improving services to the community . ACC provides financing facilities for the purchase of a car or heavy equipment in new or used condition . ACC also supports auto sales through a network of dealers , showrooms and individuals throughout Indonesia . ACC Network spread across almost all major cities in Indonesia . The ACC currently has 68 service offices in 50 cities , and will continue to grow .
ACC has always maintained its reputation as a leading finance company in Indonesia . When the economic crisis hit Indonesia in 1998, the ACC can get past this crisis well . Included also can pay off the loan syndication in 1999 , without restructuring .
In 2000 , the ACC began to issue bonds ; than ASF ASF I to XII . And one more value than the ACC as the largest and leading finance company in Indonesia , has always paid the principal amount and interest payable on time .
ACC consists of five finance companies, namely PT Astra Sedaya Finance, PT Swadharma Bakti Sedaya Finance, PT Astra Auto Finance, PT Staco Estika Sedaya Finance, and PT Pratama Sedaya Finance. As a subsidiary of Astra, ACC plays a strategic part in the Astra automotive value chain by supporting the sales of Astra cars through a wide selection of financing products and services. With a business network extending across 63 service points in 50 cities and 35,000 payment points, including banks, ATMs, and post offices throughout Indonesia, ACC presently serves more than 318,000 customers with support of 3,500 dealer partners.
Approximately 61% of ACC’s total financing is for credit sales of Astra cars, while used car and heavy equipment financing contributed 27% and 7% respectively. The remaining balance consists of loans for non-Astra vehicles.
