PT Antam's revenue gained through exploration and discovery of mineral deposits, the mineral processing economically, and sales of the processing results to the long-term, loyal customers in Europe and Asia. This activity has been carried out since the company was established in 1968. The main commodities Antam is a high grade nickel ore or saprolite, low grade ore or limonite, nickel, gold, silver and bauxite. Antam's main services are pemurian processing and precious metals as well as geological services.

Foreman Produksi (F-Prod)

Requirements

  • Maximum age of 30 years old.
  • Minimum D3 Mining or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as production foreman in mining/mining services industry.
  • Strong understanding of mining operational and K3LH techniques.
  • Preferably certified POP.
  • Communicative and able to work in a team.
  • Have a good leadership skill.
  • Willing to be assigned at remote area with periodic leave

Mechanic (Mech)

Requirements

  • Maximum age of 30 years old.
  • Minimum SMK in Mechanical or D3 Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a mechanic in mining/mining services industry.
  • Mastering heavy equipment repairing, such as excavator, bulldozer, DT.
  • Communicative and able to work in a team.
  • Willing to be assigned at remote area with periodic leave.

Geologist (Geos)

Requirements

  • Maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Minimum S1 majoring in Geology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Geologist in mining/mining services industry.
  • Preferably certified POP or "head of mining engineering".
  • Operating knowledge of mining/geological softwares (Surfer, Surpac, Minescape, Mapinfo, AutoCAD, ArcGis, Datamine).
  • Mastering surface structure, rock base, and geological structure.
  • Communicative and able to work in a team.
  • Willing to be assigned at remote area with periodic leave.

Mine Planning Engineering

Requirements

  • Maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Minimum S1 majoring in Mining/Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mining Engineer.
  • Operating knowledge of mining softwares.
  • Preferably certified POP.
  • Communicative and able to work in a team.

Drafter (Draft)

Requirements

  • Maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Minimum S1 majoring in Geology, Mining, Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Drafter.
  • Operating knowledge of mining/geological softwares (Surfer, Surpac, Minescape, Mapinfo, AutoCAD, ArcGis, Datamine, Land Desktop and Electronic Data Collectors).
  • Communicative and able to work in a team.
  • Willing to be assigned at remote area with periodic leave.

Strategic Management and Business Development Manager (SMBD-M)

Requirements

  • Maximum age of 40 years old.
  • Minimum S1 majoring in Engineering / Management with minimum 5 years of experience as Strategic Planning and Business Development Manager or minimum S2 majoring in Strategic Management with minimum 2 years of experience as Strategic Planning and Business Development Manager.
  • Mastering project management and financial analysis.
  • Communicative and able to work in a team.
  • Have a good leadership skill.

Staff Akunting (S-Acc)

Requirements

  • Maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Minimum D3 majoring in Accounting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Accounting and Tax.
  • Operating knowledge of softwares related to accounting, taxation and PSAK.
  • Preferably have strong knowledge about tender administration.
  • Preferably fluent in English.
  • Communicative, thorough and able to work in a team.

Staff Administrasi (S-Adm)

Requirements

  • Maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Minimum D3 or equivalent.
  • Advanced knowledge of Administration.
  • Computer literate.
  • Preferably have strong knowledge about tender administration.
