Lowongan Kerja PGAS Solution - PT PGAS Solution merupakan anak perusahaan PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero), Tbk yang bergerak di bidang Keteknikan. Saham PGAS Solution 99,91 % di pegang oleh induk perusahaan yaitu PGN, dan 0,01% oleh YKPP PGN.

PGAS Solution sebagai anak perusahaan PGN juga memiliki saham di anak perusahaan PGN lainnya yaitu di bisnis upstream (PT.Saka Energi Indonesia) dan di bisnis downstream (PT.Gagas Energoi Indonesia) yang masing – masing memberi kontribusi 1%.

PT PGAS Solution didirikan pada tanggal 06 Agustus 2009. Memulai perjalanannya sebagai embrio dari Divisi Enjinering PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero), Tbk. Pengalaman yang di dapat selama berada di Divisi Engineering, membuahkan hasil keberanian untuk meneruskan karya di bidang ketekhnikan di bidang gas yang lebih luas lagi, dengan membentuk anak perusahaan baru.

Bekal pengalaman itu diawali dengan proyek jaringan transmisi dan distribusi gas, proyek pipanisasi South Sumatera – West Java (SSWJ), yang merupakan proyek gas berskala nasional. Oleh karena itu, dengan pertimbangan strategis dibentuklah PGAS Solution, yang diharapkan lebih independent dan profesional dalam menangani persoalam teknis dan keproyekan

Lead Quality System

Requirements

• Minimum S1 all majors, preferably from Economics or Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of quality system or audit.
• Certified ISO 9001:2008.
• Certified internal audit.

Accounting Officer

Requirements

• Minimum S1 majoring in Accounting.
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of accounting.
• Able to work using computer especially Microsoft Office.
• Have a good skill in the preparation of financial statements

PGASCOM was developed to become a World Class Valuable Telecommunication Provider on Telecommunications Industries, with a Giant Capacity start from 3 Gigabyte to 11.5 Terabyte maximum. Long Haul Fiber Optic network, are connecting Indonesia with Singapore through Cilegon, Lampung, Palembang, Jambi, Batam. In addition, the combined networks length is about 1500 KM as of end of 2011.

Technological development has proven that Fiber Optic Network processed capacious bandwidth, enabling the delivery of vast amount of data, voice, images, even a video in a light wave speed. Thus far, Fiber Optic is the best innovation and solution for the recent expeditious growth in telecommunication and information technology industries.

As a part of PT. Legal Officer

Job Description

• Assist in the preparation of all legal documents required by managers and staff to ensure that these are accurate and legally sound.
• Provide legal advice to managers and staff on the interpretation of statutes and legal documents to ensure that the actions they take are legally sound.
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating standard commercial agreements with minimal supervision
• Monitor the progress of legal transactions to ensure that the correct actions are taken at the appropriate times.
• Maintain an awareness of developments in all legal fields relevant to the organization.
• Advising business/sales teams of relevant issues.
• Working collaboratively with commercial, regulatory, compliance and other division to ensure company policy and procedures are followed.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Law from Reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 1 years of working experience as Legal Officer.
• Experience in telecommunication industry is preferable.
• Excelent English both oral and written.
• Good Interpersonal skills.
• Excelent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Able to work under pressure, honest and attention to details.
• Able to work both in individual or team.
