In 2003, the company entered the capital market by issuing bonds worth Rp 300 billion in the first . In 2004, WOM Finance became a public company through an Initial Public Offering , listing of shares on the Jakarta Stock Exchange and Surabaya Stock Exchange . In 2006 , WOM Finance issued bonds worth Rp 825 billion III . Because performance is brilliant , WOM Finance received various prestigious awards , among others Multifinance by Infobank Magazine Awards 2006 and Multifinance Investor Magazine Awards 2007 .
IV bonds worth Rp 1 trillion later reissued by WOM Finance in 2007 . In the same year, the company ranked as the third largest motorcycle financing company with total assets of Rp 4.8 trillion .

Requirements:
- Age maximum 25 years old
- At least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in any field, with minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable local and/or overseas university
