Lowongan Kerja Pelindo II - PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) - Pelindo II adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak di bidang Jasa Kepelabuhanan.
Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan yang dua per tiga wilayahnya adalah perairan dan terletak pada lokasi yang strategis karena berada di persilangan rute perdagangan dunia. Sehingga peran pelabuhan dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi maupun mobilitas sosial dan perdagangan di wilayah ini sangat besar. Oleh karenanya pelabuhan menjadi faktor penting bagi pemerintah dalam menjalankan roda perekonomian negara.
Sejak tahun 1960 pengelolaan pelabuhan di Indonesia dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah melalui Perusahaan Negara (PN) I sampai dengan VIII. Kemudian dalam perkembangannya, pada tahun 1964 aspek operasional Pelabuhan dikoordinasikan oleh lembaga pemerintah yang disebut Port Authority , sedangkan aspek komersial tetap dibawah pengelolaan PN Pelabuhan I sampai dengan VIII.
Selanjutnya berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 1 tahun 1969, pengelolaan pelabuhan umum dilakukan oleh Badan Pengusahaan Pelabuhan (BPP). Pada tahun 1983, BPP diubah lagi menjadi Perusahaan Umum (PERUM) Pelabuhan yang hanya mengelola pelabuhan umum yang diusahakan, sedangkan pengelolaan pelabuhan umum yang tidak diusahakan dilakukan oleh Unit Pelaksana Teknis Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Laut. PERUM Pelabuhan dibagi menjadi 4 wilayah operasi yang dibentuk berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 15 tahun 1983. Status PERUM ini kemudian diubah lagi menjadi PT (Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia I sampai IV pada tahun 1992 sampai saat ini.
Wilayah operasi Pelindo II mencakup 10 provinsi dan mengelola 12 pelabuhan yang diusahakan, yaitu:
- Pelabuhan Teluk Bayur di Provinsi Sumatera Barat
- Pelabuhan Jambi di Provinsi Jambi
- Pelabuhan Palembang di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan
- Pelabuhan Bengkulu di Provinsi Bengkulu
- Pelabuhan Panjang di Provinsi Lampung
- Pelabuhan Tanjung Pandan dan Pelabuhan Pangkal Balam di Provinsi Bangka Belitung
- Pelabuhan Banten di Provinsi Banten
- Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok dan Sunda Kelapa di Provinsi DKI Jakarta
- Pelabuhan Cirebon di Provinsi Jawa Barat
- Pelabuhan Pontianak di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat
- Pelabuhan Pramuka (rencana) di Provinsi Jawa Barat
Bidang usaha Pelindo II meliputi penyediaan dan pengusahaan :
- Perairan dan kolam pelabuhan untuk lalu lintas pelayaran dan tempat kapal berlabuh;
- Pelayanan pemanduan dan penundaan kapal keluar masuk pelabuhan, olah gerak kapal di dalam kolam serta jasa pemanduan dan penundaan dari satu pelabuhan ke pelabuhan lainnya;
- Fasilitas untuk kapal bertambat serta melakukan bongkar muat barang dan hewan;
- Fasilitas pergudangan dan lapangan penumpukan;
- Terminal konvensional, terminal petikemas, dan terminal curah untuk melayani bongkar muat komoditas sesuai jenisnya;
- Terminal penumpang untuk pelayanan embarkasi dan debarkasi penumpang kapal laut;
- Fasilitas listrik, air minum dan telepon untuk kapal dan umum di daerah lingkungan kerja pelabuhan;
- Lahan untuk industri, bangunan dan ruang perkantoran umum;
- Pendidikan dan latihan yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan kepelabuhanan.

- Design and establish maintenance organization for IPC HO to branches and subsidiaries
- Calculate FTEs and identify people qualification
- Develop manpower transition journey

- Experienced with managing people and organization
- Possesses a basic knowledge regarding functions/systems/ people interact across various level

- Increase users compliance in utilizing EAM system

- Experienced with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) as functional analyst

Key Roles :
- Responsible for cleanliness, readiness, waste management, safety compliance of all workshop in branches

- Experienced in contract and vendor performance management
- Proven skills at managing suppliers to ensure all parties comply with obligations
Functions : Supplier & Inventory Management
Key Roles :
- Liaise with vendors to deliver the work in acceptable level of quality
- Ensure supplier comply with contract, standards, and regulatory requirement
- Monitor supplier performance and identify penalties that may apply
- Min. 5 years experience in maintenance for heavy-equipment industry
- Experienced in contract and vendor performance management
- Skilled interacting with supplier
- Strong ability to analyze, understand and enforce contractual obligations
Functions : Supplier & Inventory Management
Key Roles :
- Conduct feasibility study on inventory establishment in IPC
- Create inventory planning i.e. min, max, safety stock
- Ensures inventory accuracy and meets operational necessity
- Min. 5 years experience in maintenance for heavy-equipment industry
- Experienced with inventory management and warehouse processes
- Critical-Thinking Skills: to devise plans of action and asses those plans regularly
- Familiar with ERP system specifically for inventory module
Functions : Capex and Cost Control
Key Roles :
- Perform feasibility analysis for any initiatives launched by PMO
- Monitor and analyze capex and cost by project and corporate-wide
- Develop regular executive reporting to monitor capex and cost
- 5 – 7 years experiences as financial analyst and/or project financing specialist
- Skilled presentation and reporting skills
- Strong analytical skills and excellent with numbers
